The plugins doesnt activate!

    I need help i am trying to do a skyblock and bedwars server but when i use mgskyblock,mgbedwars,minigameslib or skyblockreloaded it says "The plugin 'MGBedWars' could not be activated""The plugin 'Skyblock' could not be activated. "The plugin 'MGSkyWars' could not be activated."

    "The plugin 'Minigameslib' could not be activated." and i try any of the methods on any plugin and doesnt work

    it literally says use a different version of MGBedwars/skywars/minigameslib/skyblock, all of the plugins aren't up to date
