I want to know about the atermos console commands

I have learn a lot about the minecraft command, and when I get to aternos, it still good until I found that I can do the /stop command to stop the server, can I have a list of command like so?

Vanilla doesn't have a restart command.

I did /help before but it just show the command of minecraft only
