The better caves are still generating and I want to get rid of it becouse it hinders spawning of ice and dragon caves undergorund. I deleted Yung better caves, better mineshafts and API and cleared config from better caves file I need help

Not sure, never used that mod. Technically unloaded chunks should generate normally. But already generated ones will remain like this. If you want a new normally generated world, you'll have to create a new world.
