so i have a question. Normally you cannot add plugins without a direct download url. But i've noticed DiscordSRV having external website download and its still here. But how and why? And what if a plugin which is here turns to a external download? Would it get removed? What are the exceptions?

If the author uses a download URL that only uses HTTP Redirects to "trusted sources" (e.g. Github) where the file get's directly downloaded.
