I am not sure if the modpack has been requested before but from what i have checked it hasn't been It meets all the requirements it has been downloaded over 100 thousand times,its supported on aternos(curseforge),its for 1.12.2,it has a server pack,it offers a description in english,the server pack is linked on curseforge,it is linked a provided label for the server pack,doesn't rely on custom installers,works straight away no customization needed and it is indeed clean
It meets all the requirements and id be glad to see it added to the modpack list!
