We can already do this with PermissionsEx, and EssentialsGroups.. anything else these plugins can't do and yours can; If so, it be a great plugin

you need a permissions plugin for that and because its incompatible with groupmanager u neeed to use PermissionssEx (or does aternos has another perm plugin?)
and as ryguy1174 said you can do that with permissionsex as well
so there is no sense to add this plugin as long as u need another plugin for it ti wirk that gives u the same functions (and more) -
