I saw one thread that it is on the forge and I even saw the link but when I clicked the link it says "File not found", I tried adding the mods in the mod pack manually on the server but it keeps crashing, can someone help me with this?

i meant that i manually added the mods without using any modpacks, and yes i am quite informed that there is a technic version of the mod but i am currently finding the curseforge version

Try installing any of these mods to see which stops the crash and keep a backup before doing this:

after i added one of those should i delete the previous one i added? or keep it?
delete the previous one you added and keep on trying each and every mod I sent

Can you share a screenshot of the mods you use and have you tried installing a different version of forge?

I have not tried using any forge version because on the launcher i use where the modpack works it states a specific version of forge.
Here is the screenshot of the mods I use -
I tried installing the mods you have with forge https://aternos.org/software/v/forge/1.12.2-recommended and mixinbootstrap mod and it didn't crash
