Modded server crashing on start

I made a modded server with quite a few mods and it just keeps crashing after i updated the forge version and the mods included. The log is here: https://mclo.gs/eQKU0jU and i can't quite figure out what's not working.

Hold on, i removed the datapack, but it still crashes? What?

Okay, so, something happened. Earlier today, i added Create and Security Craft to the server before it started acting weird, and now i tried to remove them, and everything is working fine again. I'll play without them for now.
