Cant play on server, pls help

Im playing a valhesia in my aternos server with a friend, but today when i tried to connect it said a had 15k ping, then i reloged and it says i have 0 but im unable to open chests, do damage, etc and in less than a minute the server kicks me out. My friend can play perfectly on the server and i can play on hypixel and watch videos fine or even play other games without lag, pls help
