When I try to upload my nether file it says it is not a valid world. Its a .zip file.
Can´t upload nether.

Ok the screenshot you send is of a vanilla world. If you want to upload the nether from that then download the world_nether from your paper server. After doing that delete the existing DIM-1 in world_nether and put DIM-1 from your vanilla in world_nether then upload world_nether to your server
