I would like to transfer all my aternos files to another hosting site, but on google drive they are hidden, how do I download the files?

Backups are saved in a hidden folder for application data, which allows Aternos to store backups in your Google Drive account without having access to any of your other files. You can read more about the application data folder here: https://developers.google.com/drive/api/v3/appdata.
You can create and restore backups on the backups page: https://aternos.org/backups/.
If you want to download your world to your computer, you can do that here: https://aternos.org/worlds/.
