Mismatched Mod Channel List [SOLVED]

I have checked over my mods about 4 times now and ended up updating some to match the version of my Aternos ones, when I connect now it still gives me the same message (mismatched mod channel list) although theyre 100% the exact same.

Anyone able to solve this?
