My server keeps crashing.

Me and my friend were playing RAD (most recent vers...idk if that matters or not) and it crashed for both of us. Next thing we knew, we tried turning the server back on and it'd be on but the second someone entered it, it would crash in seconds. Can I please get help on how I can fix this issue? What do I need to do to start getting this figured out? Thank you all who read this
