is just happend when i logged on a time ago i tryed some things other people said but that dident work with no damage i mean like no falldamage, lava damage, etc mods dont see me even tho i hit them its starting to get boring pls help i do have some plugins and my friends can do these things 
i cant pickup items and cant take damage

If it is that has happened to me before heres what ya gotta do reset the world or maybe download the world but before downloading the world kill every entity and then download it ok

If its not ur server and its a single playr world thats ur lag you will need to get optifine to fix the lag

If u don't know how to download optifine go to optifine.net click downloads and get ur minecraft version when its done download u click on it and it
And click install and wait then it will show done click that and lag will stop

hmm interesting what software are u using spigot or paper mc cause if ur using spigot that causes lagg on ur server and if ur using spigot with too many plugins well i advise u to use papar ok if that doesnt work maybe try reseting the server ttell me if it worked ok

Also if it doesnt work just reset the server thats all if u want the same seed just copy it generate a new world with the same seed ok.I will do anything i can to help
