I’m using all of fabric 5 and today I tried to start the server but it’s just crashed and I don’t know what I’m supposed to do now cause I don’t wanna lose all the hours me and my friends have put down

Does the issue persist if you try generating a new world? Keep a backup of the serve before doing it

As you mentioned even the backups didn't work then probably you can't fix the issue except for generating a new world

I’m officially leaving aternos forever hours spent on servers that end up crashing after a while honestly so freaking disappointed and dissatisfied never using it again
Non of the issue your were facing were caused by Aternos. All the software and mods/plugins are developed by other developers and Aternos only provides servers. Blaming aternos doesn't make sense
