    I have a idea for my sever mod. mod for version 1.12.2

    I find mod Key Mod by mrcrayfish or similar this mod

    it can lock all block in sector, house, land

    then player have item key or other in hand, that person can open door, chest, place and break block, but they can't break main block of the house
