Fixed the error message but still cant join

hey there. so i downloaded mohist onto my server and some plugins. but then i couldnt join my server anymore. it said "incompatible fml modded server" with a big red X. i dont exactly know what i did but i somehow managed to get a green tick saying "compatible fml modded server" "16 mods present" but when i try to join it either stops on the encrypting process and when i try to cancel the game crashes or it has an error saying "internal exception: io.netty.handler.codec.DecoderException" something like that.

i also tried to remove mohist and download forge again, but that also didnt fix anything and all my mods match

and whenever he server is offline theres a white arrow which says "incompatible vanilla server" is that even normal?

ok but for some reason the plugin i wanted to use does not work

could it be that the server has not enough RAM?

so i installed plugins on bukkit, then i installed forge for mods and then i realized that there is mohist with both. but now the plugin i installed earlier does not work. its multiverse-core. i cant create a world or cant do even anything with it (its the only reason i installed mohist). when i try to create a world it just says "FAILED" and the console does not tell me the reason why. any alternatives for multiverse? thanks for the help.

ok i just figured out that multiverse core isnt the only plugin that isnt working. other plugins also dont seem to work anymore.

skinchanger is working just fine but worldedit (worldedit commands dont work, //pos1 and 2 do not work and the axe also does not work) isnt, nor is multiverse core (my friend also said multiverse didnt work in his server and he had a software installed with no mods). both of them have worked just fine before i installed mohist...

i also tried updating worldedit but it didnt work
