Console doesn't execute commands

Help. The Console doesn't execute commands.
Im using Bukkit 1.8.

Make sure your server has finished its starting process. Also make sure there is no lag or something.

Im pretty sure the starting process was already over, and it didn't seem like there was any lag.

I just tested your server and I could send commands to the console, I do not see any problems.

Sorry, I forgot to tell you that im using a second account named 0815Bobby. There the console doesn't work.

Uninstall either WorldEdit or VoxelSniper and make sure to upload a decent world on your server, then try to execute commands again.

You still don't have no world on your server. Thought about reinstalling your server completely yet?

I have a world and it's supposed to be completely empty. I will try reinstalling the server in a moment.
