Multiverse plugin and znpcs plugiin I need help

So there is a problem with multiverse and znpc plugin i do think the main problem is multiverse since i cant /mvtp world but for others i can. Example is i can /mvtp survival the only world i cant mvtp is world and when i click a npc for survival it works but not for world any suggestions?

Btw before i can /mvtp world now i cant

and if i try to mv unload world it wont work

so i should delete it cuz if i do /mv delete it wont work
