I'd recommend you contact the mod creator and ask what the actual issue.
I assume some sort of compatibility.

+1. I believe the Yuushya Townscape mod is in the wrong place, as it's under 'forge' (in Aternos, and it doesn't show up when you use a Fabric server client) when the mod is actually fabric. You have to have the server run Forge, and the client is Fabric just to get it to work, but the blocks are unable to be placed.
Moved to Fabric on Aternos. Thanks for the heads up.

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the modification you last removed.
