The location where MV creates the worlds is different for Arclight and Mohist.
In that case I'd recommend yout to download the main world on the worlds page, so you can replace the files in the sub-folder.

Adding a single mod to your server shouldn't cause any issues. Just make a backup in advance to be safe if anything goes wrong.
Note that stuff like ores and other naturally generated blocks added by mods will only appear in chunks that were generated after the mod has been added.

According to your account log the server stops because someone is clicking the stop button on the log page.
If you don't that on your own and don't share your account with someone else this is probably related to some browser extension.

If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod you last removed.
