Looks like your generator-settings are misconfigured.
Try erasing the generator settings on the worlds page -> generate

Unfortunately the error message is very unclear. Ask godaddy what exactly they're missing / testing there.

Please share your client log:
1. open your Minecraft installation path
2. go to the 'logs' folder
3. open the 'latest' or 'latest.log' file
4. copy the entire file (press CTRL + A and then CTRL + C)
5. paste the file contents to https://mclo.gs, click save and send us the link you get.

Do I really need to type /realod every time a player enters the server for this data pack to work?
You should ask the creator of the datapack about that.
