For a few days, for me and my friend the textures aren't loading, they are like invisible, and if we update them, they stay the same but it only updates a few blocks. Please help, it's modded 1.16.5 server with 29 mods and singleplayer works well.

Sure, on the left is when I update one chunk with torch or smthng and on the right is textures not updated or just when I log in to the server

Remove the mods one by one from your server.
Every time you remove a mod from your server, you need to restart it, then check if the problem still occurs.
If the problem doesn't occur anymore, know that it was probably due to the mod you last removed.
Always be sure to have a backup of your server before changing anything. This video might help you:
