Can you provide a screenshot of the area?

Can you please provide the server log after you've tried to kill the ender dragon.
It should contain some error messages.

Sorry, but we can not recheck every modpack like every week and put hours in of work into a modpack which may work at the end. The effort would be much higher than the benefit.
