Make sure that you've installed the same forge version with the same mods and same configuration on your client as on the server

What error message? Can you share the server log?

There are general serious chunk loading problems in 1.14.
Also the render distance is reduced on 1.14 from our side.

There is a blue button in right sidebar called "Download Server Pack"

Please download your working maps and try to reinstall the server.
Then set it up from scratch and upload the working maps

There are currently no plans to support this. Also our focus is on people who just want to play with their friends and not the creators of the "next big server network"

So the download seems to be fine so the problem might be related to the pack itself. Unfortunately I can not really help you with that.
