You’ll need to fully log out and log back in into the launcher again. This refreshes your profile's authentication and connection with the Mojang servers.
To fully log out and log back in:
- In the Minecraft game launcher, click on your username or email address in top right corner
- Click "Log Out"
- Log back in with your account credentials

Mojang changed the spawning system again and just reduced the mob count according to the changelog.
Try to switch back to 1.14.2

Does it crash when someone joins or does it crash when a specific player joins?

According to the changelog mojang has decreased the mob count on 1.14.3
I suppose they were exaggerating.
