I changed my username on Minecraft, and somehow it won't let me back in the server. It says Failed to Verify Username and I'm very confused. It won't let me join on my server. Someone tell me how to fix this in detail please. Thanks for helping.

Is the server whitelisted? If so, you will probably need to update the list by entering your new username.

You’ll need to fully log out and log back in into the launcher again. This refreshes your profile's authentication and connection with the Mojang servers.
To fully log out and log back in:
- In the Minecraft game launcher, click on your username or email address in top right corner
- Click "Log Out"
- Log back in with your account credentials
