We can not bring your world with magic, but as Jerv said you can restore a backup on the backups page. (If you enabled them)
In addition it would be interesting to find out why this even happened and if it was caused by our system or by something you did wrong. Can you tell me the Aternos username?

I have a plugin called ShopChest, inside of the ShopChest folder is a .db File in wich all shops are stored, but Aternos does not allow me to open nor change it, although it is not a configuration of the plugin, just a configuartion of the data about the ingame data stored about shops and gamers. Can you change that?
You can only open/edit text files with an editor.
.db is an extension for database files which use an format/encoding which can't be opened in text editors therefore also not on our website.

I would recommend you to contact the mod creator, he's probably able to provide better help for client related problems

You don't need to stop the server, it just needs to be restarted.
This is basic minecraft mechanic.
I can just repeat, we did not have that much problems in the past.

AFAIK there is not setting which needs to be changed in order to get that working.
Check the server log for error messages.
