Aternos Forge Server gone?

    So me and my friends started a forge server a few days ago, and it was heavily modded but didn't require 1000 mb of ram to run it. Everything was smooth but then I woke up today to find out that the files in the server are all gone, and the world has been deleted.


    What could explain this? We don't want to put hours of work into something that'll just disappear a few days later.

    We can not bring your world with magic, but as Jerv said you can restore a backup on the backups page. (If you enabled them)


    In addition it would be interesting to find out why this even happened and if it was caused by our system or by something you did wrong. Can you tell me the Aternos username?
