If this also happens on SP it is probably related to your client.
Did you already check the log of your minecraft instance.

The log looks fine so far.
I can not really tell why this happens, I would recommend you to remove mod by mod and check when it is working again.
Please create a backup before.

You can try to delete the playerdata, however it might not really fix the problem.

It's not possible to add mods to a modpack.

What software do you use?
You can view the coordinates by pressing F3 on java edition servers

If your friend is not able to join your server he should take a look at this: https://support.aternos.org/article/2-connect-to-your-server
But the website problems is strange, can he post a screenshot of it?
