UltimateRepairing not working?

    Hi, I don't know if it's just me that's struggling but I've tried to install "UltimateRepair" plugin on my server and it's not working.
    I looked into the plugin and it says it needs the plugin called Arconix to be able to run any other of their "ultimate" plugins but this isn't available on Aternos?
    Any help is welcome?

    Or alternatively any other repair plugin that'll work. I'm just after a plugin that you can repair tools and armour with using an anvil without losing the enchantments.

    I can't remember where i found it now.

    But Can I also ask why my players on my server cannot use plugins without being op'ed? I'm unsure how to get around this.
