Maybe we'll add a feature to change the timezone in future.
However there are currently no plans for that.

We can only add mods from curseforge.com

Go to https://aternos.org/friends/ and enter your friends Aternos username and allow him some permissions, e.g. starting the server.
After that your friend is able to switch to your server and control it.
