Let your friend check the username. Make sure that you enter the username which is shown on your friends account in the right upper corner.

Can you make we can set custom icon when the server is offline. MOTD can stay "Powered by Aternos.org". Example now when server is offline the icon is Aternos offline icon, but I want to ask is there a way you can make that we can set custom icon
There are currently no plans to support this, and due to the way the offline message is currently technically solved the effort to allow customizations would probably not worth it.
And one more question: can you make we can set fully custom ip, without aternos.me, like play.ServerName.me.

Are you sure I should use for it wooden pickaxe? I got the message to select pos 1 and 2, but clicking on 'em with pickaxe did nothing. Tried also shovel, sword (both wooden) and stick. Still nothing. Will that not show me any message?
I said axe, not pickaxe
So I did "//set pos1" and got "Your selection is not complete". huuuh...
Than on opposite corner i did "//set pos2" got "Does not match a valid block type" Excuse me?
This is the same as selecting the area with the axe
You can proceed with //expand vert then

I think worldguard is the plugin you need here.
do this:
//wand
- Select the area to protect with the wooden axe placed in your inventory
//expand vert
/region define spawn
/region flag spawn mob-spawning deny

The new version is probably not compatible with your server software.
The fact that it updates automatically is probably bad for you.
