1.13.2 is known to be very laggy and bad in performance.

In combination with plugins which might be not directly developed for 1.13 the performance is very bad.

/unban

/unban-ip

This error looks more like a bug in the modpack or a corrupted world.

There is no up to date and reputable software availabe which supports the combination of mods and bukkit plugins.

In Addition: This annoying port changing thing only applies to pocketmine, bedrock or minecraft <1.2.5

For every other version you can use your aternos.me server ip, this IP is always mapped to the right port.
