1. The server resource pack feature only allows packs that are smaller than 50 mb
2. Depending on which exact URL you entered it might not work
3. I doubt this is the correct way how it works on servers

That doesn't help in this case. (and in most other cases)

when the suggest page says that we don't add a mod, then we don't add it.

Your clicking around in combination with the network problem yesterday caused your server to be put into a state where it could not be saved correctly.

Please check if the mod survive is the same version on client and server.

If it is, try to remove it .
