We have to assign the RAM before your server starts. So we need to know how many players would play on your server before it is online.
Back in the days when we had this system we had a slot maximum of 10 Slots per Server are all slots need to be filled. If one slot was empty the server got stopped. This was really annoying.
We removed that system and allowed our users to choose a number of slots they want. Only one person needs to be online.
But I have to mention that we raised the assigned RAM in general since we changed the slot system.
With the old system a typical vanilla server had ca. 600 MB + 100 Mb per Slot.
Currently a 1.13.1 Server has 1300 MB Ram assigned.
That's much more than any other free hoster offers you.
In addition:

How many players are we talking about?
Also 99% of lag comes from bad plugin configuration, too many / too big worlds or bad server optimization.

Sofern du ein Backup erstellt hast kannst du dieses auf der Backup Seite wiederherstellen.
Ansonsten gibt es keine Möglichkeit die Welt wiederherzustellen.

Isn't this the same like the online mode?
Then you can just turn on cracked mode on the options page.

Its a open file and the plugin doesnt work...
Delete the plugin on the files page and reinstall it. Maybe it was just a temporary problem.
