Du kannst keine Plugins von deinem Computer hochladen, dies geht nur über den Plugin-Browser.
Dass das Häkchen nach ein paar Sekunden verschwindet ist normal, du solltest das Plugin als .jar Datei auf der Dateien Seite finden.
Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, schicke uns bitte einen Link zum Plugin welches du herunterladen wolltest, dann können wir checken.

According to the log your server starts fine. Please create a new thread for different problems next time

According to your server log you send before your friend isn't even able to reach the server.
He should double check the server ip and also try to use the DynIP of your server

If your server hangs in starting process it might be crashed.
Check your server log for error messages.
Most problems with mods are caused by missing dependencies or mod incompatibility

We can only add mods which are hosted on curseforge.com to the mods list.
However pixelmon reforged is available in the modpacks -> Technic section, but it can't be combined with other mods.
