Also it would be good to know which software you use and which plugins or mods are installed on your server.

First you should follow the suggestions on the mclo.gs page.
At the end of your log there is an out of memory error, so somthing requires much ram on your server which could also be the reason for your problem.
Also it would be good to know which error message you get when you try to join your server.
