Your client has not really much to do with Aternos, so I think you might have more luck by contacting the support team of the mod.

The single player has absolutely nothing to do with Aternos.
We can not help you with that.

What is your Aternos username?

According to that log your server crashes on start.
As I see in your account log you switched your server software very often.
Please note that you can not start a server 1.12.2 or earlier server with a 1.13 world.
Reinstall your server.
Then choose the version you want to play, then start your server.
Switching the software very often and between versions might corrupt your world like in your log above.

As I already told you multiple times.
And I will tell it you one more time:
Your world is too big.
Our system is made for users who play with minecraft servers in a normal way.
As you said in another post you've pre rendered all chunks with a plugin.
This increases the size of your world and raises the number of chunks.
The force upgrade feature converts your world chunk by chunk. Large number of chunks -> Very long upgrade process -> Upgrade does not work
