Apologies for making another thread, but after I sent out the log info in my previous thread, my issue is still not resolved and there were no responses after I shared the log info. I tried to use a different account with the backup but it only resulted in the same '???' issue.

Like one player in your other thread said send us the full log with the share button on aternos.org/log so we can see the full log.

Which software do you use?

Are only you not able to join your server or also other players?
Do you have a cracked minecraft account?

Did you already try to reinstall your minecraft client and the server?

Please try again to reinstall your server.
Don't upload a world, just start it and check if it is working.

Try to download your world, reinstall the server and then upload the world again.

Please try to download your world while your server is offline.
