1.13 minecraft uses a new world format.
If you start your server in 1.13 once you can not switch back 1.12.2.
The only way is to recover a backup which hasn't been started in 1.13.

Every system has its limits, including ours.
If you fill your world so much that it's bigger than 1GB, we can't help you either.

Idk, google it. Normally you should spawn at your bed. However it might be that a plugin changes this behaviour.

Why Player Inventory is empty when I download the map...
I assume you have set your server cracked mode or you have a cracked minecraft account.
You need to find out your player uuid on the server and in singleplayer.
Then rename the file in the players or playerdata directory and your inventory should appear in single player.

You can trigger the force upgrade on the worlds page. However you can only do that in 1.13. It wouldn't make sense in other versions.

Idk, google it. Afaik there are plugins for that.

1) BungeeCord has been Denied multiple times in the past. Please use the search function
2) If you were not able to setup hub plugins for a single server you won't also be able to hub plugins which work with bungeecord.
