Caused by: java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/bukkit/NamespacedKey

We can not fix that, only the plugin creator fix that.

Can you share the server log with us using the share button on https://aternos.org/log ?
Also which software do you use?

Click the download button and wait until the download starts. Depending on our system usage this may take some time.

Please extract the zip in an empty directory.

Can you please share the complete log using the share button on https://aternos.org/log with us.
I can't seem to download any worlds, every time I press the button the gear spins for about 20 seconds and stops.

This is the reason why your server stops: https://mclo.gs/JxNt60k#L2375
There are many reasons for that.
I would try to delete the playerdata first and check if this solves the problem.

I assume it is a typical 1.13 problem:
Display MoreYou can switch your server safely to 1.13 from our side.
However as you already know minecraft switched the way how it handles worlds.
It may happen that your server performance is much worse than before because minecraft converts the world to the new format while you're playing on the server.
We recommend you to enable the force upgrade mode on https://aternos.org/worlds/ after switching to 1.13 but before starting the server for the first time.
This mode converts the complete world to the new format while your server is starting. This will increase the performance while playing on the server. However if your world is too big it may not complete and you have to go on with the normal converting process.
It may happen that the conversion fails and world data gets lost.
We strongly advise each user who wants to play 1.13 to create a backup on https://aternos.org/backups before switching to the new version.

Hast du schonmal einen Blick in die Konsole geworfen?
Deswegen gibt es ja auf der Log Seite den Share Button um deinen Log mit anderen zu teilen.
Was hast du denn für eine Software installiert?
-
There's nothing like that from Aternos side.
However there are many board/forum provides which can be used out there.

Which command did you use to ban him?
Did you IP-ban him?
