Which modpack version did you install? (Note, there is a difference between the modpack and the minecraft version)

As you maybe know we are a bit different than other hosts.

You can switch your server safely to 1.13 from our side.
However as you already know minecraft switched the way how it handles worlds.
It may happen that your server performance is much worse than before because minecraft converts the world to the new format while you're playing on the server.
We recommend you to enable the force upgrade mode on https://aternos.org/worlds/ after switching to 1.13 but before starting the server for the first time.
This mode converts the complete world to the new format while your server is starting. This will increase the performance while playing on the server. However if your world is too big it may not complete and you have to go on with the normal converting process.
It may happen that the conversion fails and world data gets lost.
We strongly advise each user who wants to play 1.13 to create a backup on https://aternos.org/backups before switching to the new version.

You're playing with a snapshot.
The 1.13 snapshots are really buggy and laggy. Hopefully Mojang will fix all these issues before the final release of 1.13.

Which file did you try to edit?
When my server is loading the Plugins are not visible only 1/2 are visible and that old showing too when loading sometimes and in options are everything is ''ON''...
That's normal while your server is loading.

i downloaded the world and tried playing it, turns out the world is corrupted(most likely due to the Aternos crashing every half an hour)

Problems with snapshot's are quit normal. (That's why they are called snapshot)
