Download your world and delete the players or playerdata directory.
Then upload the world again.

I give them OP so that we can play Survival fairly and that they can also build
On a vanilla server they don't need OP to build etc.
They are just not able to build in the spawn area.
You can shrink the spawn area on the options page.

I mean, you could run a custom Anti-Virus scan of the file before uploading it to your servers.
No antivirus in this world detects if a plugin tries to trick our system.
Anti virus systems are there to detect viruses/malware etc. and not to check any plugins for their functions.
If we say that something is not possible, then you can believe that we have sufficiently analyzed and tested the topic.

It means that there is not stable or recommended version of the pack available.
