Sofern die neue Software nicht mit der anderen kompatibel ist (was bei allen Modpacks der Fall ist) wird der server komplett gelöscht bevor das neue installiert wird.

Waypoints are saved on your client in relation to the server ip. If the server ip changes your client does not know the waypoints.
