This sounds like a bug in the mod itself, so there is not a real way to fix it on our side.

I can install them with the server online, but as I said at the beginning I can't execute any command of that plugin.
Which plugin did you try to download?
I'm having a doubt: these problems may be due to the fact that I have installed too many plugins (21) and/or loaded too many worlds (15)?

We use API's to fetch the downloads and the plugin information.
There are only API's for spigotmc and dev.bukkit available

To be truthful, REALLY! Microsoft Edge does that, Windows Protector does that, and Anti-Malware does that!
You can not compare that. This is a completely different use case.

Ok, but the problem persists the same.
When i install a plugin, even with the server online, it doesn't let me run the commands.
The thing I don't understand is that if I type the command /help those commands appear.In fact, before writing this review, i tried to install different plugins, but they all give me the same error.
You have to restart/reload the server after installing a plugin.
Also check the console if a command is not working.
It is normal that if I delete a plugin the server will temporarily delete all the others, but reloading the page all the plugins reappear?
No ,this is not normal.
However i tried it right now and it worked fine.
