Well, I understand the problem and I know that the map itself isn't the problem.

The main point is that you have to reinstall the server.

There is a 1.12 version for Aether, however this is still a dev version and shouldn't get used for productive servers.

I assume you have cracked enabled, skins do normally not work with cracked servers.

However the plugin skinrestorer should fix that problam (afaik)

All mods and modpacks are tested before they get released on our platform.

There are currently no plans to increase the assigned RAM.

We had Nukkit some time ago but no one used it.

Currently only offer Pocketmine. There are no plans to offer any other mcpce software.
