We're going to deploy a fix this night when the service usage is a bit lower.
Meanwhile you can download the map, reinstall the server and upload the map again.

Please try too put the * into quotes

This is a temporary problem, we're already working on fixing that.
In the meantime you can try to start and stop your server and see if the files are there.
