PaperSpigot doesn't offer many performance optimizations compared to normal Spigot.
Why should we add it if it doesn't offer many performance optimizations?
However we'll maybe add it if more people want to play it.
Dragon Proxy is a separate software which needs to be running while the normal minecraft server is running.
Our system only offers one software add a time. And running only a proxy doesn't make so much sense.

On Spigot:Then delete the folder "world/players, world/playerdata, world/stats, world/level.dat_old, world/DIM-1 and world/DIM". Do the zip file again. Upload the world to the server
On Bukkit/Vanilla:
Then delete the folder "world/players, world/playerdata, world/stats and world/level.dat_old". Do the zip file again. Upload the world to the server
if it does not work. Download the world. Take a picture of the files contained in or send me the world if you can not
please only delete "world/players", "world/playerdata"
i can't find out how to try it online but it crashes in single player
