Das sieht mir danach aus als wäre die Welt kaputt.
Was passiert wenn du die Welt herunterlädst und versuchst sie im Single player zu spielen?

I use All the Mods 3 version 5.9.4b. I dont have any plugins
While your server is starting try to enter /fml confirm every 20 seconds into the console.
Forge is a bit buggy after modpack updates.

Please try to join aft2d.aternos.me (Vanilla 1.12.2) and check if you have the same problems there.
Are you able to open http://aft2d.aternos.me in your browser?

If so, I would have lost my world every week

the DIM Folders store the nether and the end of minecraft worlds.
If you use a bukkit or spigot end and nether are moved to extra folders (world_the_end / world_nether)
So basically if you use vanilla / bukkit or modpacks and you delete the dim folders end and nether will be lost.
However if we say "delete playerdata" we want that people only delete playerdata which is stored in players or playerdata folder.

In general, all plugin work in every versions.
It depends on which methods, callbacks, event listeners of the bukkit/minecraft API are used by the plugin.
-
Do you even have bukkit or spigot installed?
Plugins do not work with vanilla versions.
If yes, you could share the log with us using the share button on https://aternos.org/log and copy/pasting the link here.

Please try to install plugins while your server is offline and also check your console logs.
Please try to read the messages of people who you are trying to help and don't give any nonsense answers.
Goldengamer007 That was a problem on our side yesterday. But It's working again now.

The pack was available, unfortunately we had to remove the pack again.

With /seed you can only view the seed, you can not change it.
-
No, just the players or playerdata folder.
Deleting any other folders (especcially the DIM folders)might end in loosing world parts.
